We’ve had years of experience in creating identities for new homes developments and we know important it is to really understand the offering and the target market – creating an aspirational brand that really resonates with prospective buyers. For the identity for The Beacon, we really did our homework – and came up with a concept that the developer felt truly captured this development’s green credentials coupled with luxury living.
Working closely with The Beacon’s PR agency, we co-ordinated and managed a high-profile press launch event, held at The Crystal Building in Royal Victoria Docks. From booking the venue, to organising the refreshments and designing and supplying the display material, embryonex was responsible for the smooth running of this exclusive event, which was attended by over 100 key property journalists and stakeholders. A great turnout and fantastic feedback was backed up by superb coverage in the London, national and international property press following the event.
From initial concept through to going live, this fully responsive, content managed website was completed in around 8 weeks! We pulled out all the stops to ensure that we met the client’s deadline for going live in time for the press launch. A simple training session, with secure log-ins for key personnel, enabled them to make their own updates with ease, via the content management system once the site was up and running.
