Private housing arm of Aldwyck Housing Association, Lea Valley Homes commissioned embryonex to produce the brochure and signage for their latest development, following a competitive tender process. Poppyseeds in Princes Risborough is perfect for commuters, offering 6 two bedroom apartments and 6 three bedroom houses, within easy walking distance of the station.

Identity and brochure.

We’re really proud of the stunning selection of designs we submitted for the development identity – and the chosen design was then worked up into a 16-page brochure. We produced the CGIs, floor plans, site plan and local area information. The finished brochure looks gorgeous.

Site signage and advertising.

The eye-catching identity for Poppyseeds makes a real impact on the signage on site. Choosing a prominent position at the corner of the development, highly visible to passing traffic, we designed, visualised and installed the signage. We also designed ads for the Evening Standard and local press, targeting commuters, to generate enquiries for these fabulous new homes.
