Brochure design and signage roll out

Following a complete re-brand of the former Mansell Homes to Balfour Beatty Homes, we were selected to help roll out the new branding across all developments in England and Scotland, working with the newly approved corporate style.

Signage.

Following a whistle-stop tour of the Scotland sites, we designed and visualised all on-site signage and sales office displays, working closely with Balfour Beatty’s existing signage supplier and adhering to their new corporate guidelines to ensure the roll-out of the re- brand to a strict timescale.

Borchures.

We created the brochures for each development, in the approved corporate style, collating all site plans, floor plans and CGIs supplied by a third party. The work included designing a bespoke icon for each of the developments, researching and writing the local area information and sourcing images. The finished brochures are stunning: perfect bound, matt laminated with spot UV varnish and special silver.
